**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) or In-Home Aide (IHA) to join our healthcare team. We are a home health agency and you will be working one on one with a client in their home. The successful candidate will provide essential direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse (RN). As a CNA/IHA, you will play a critical role in enhancing the quality of life for our residents/patients by assisting them with daily living activities and ensuring their comfort and safety.

We are seeking an aide to fulfill weekend (Sat & Sun) hours and as needed throughout the week if able.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Provide personal care to clients, including assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.- Assist clients with mobility, including transferring, positioning, and ambulation.- Monitor and report residents' vital signs, physical condition, and emotional status to nursing staff as directed on care plan- Help maintain a clean, safe, and tidy environment for clients.- Participate in the implementation of individualized care plans.- Engage with clients to foster a positive and supportive atmosphere.- Maintain accurate records of patient care and daily activities.- Adhere to infection control protocols and company policies/procedures.- Participate in team meetings and training sessions as required.

**Qualifications:**

- High school diploma or equivalent. - Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred but not required.- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.- Ability to provide compassionate patient care and maintain confidentiality.- Physical ability to perform job duties, including lifting and transferring patients.
