💼 What You’ll Do as a Home Health Aide (HHA)

Provide personal care and companionship in the home
Assist with ADLs: dressing, toileting, bathing/grooming, laundry, grocery shopping, meal prep
Handle light housekeeping/domestic tasks
Escort/transport clients to medical appointments
Offer medication reminders
Monitor and record vital signs & client condition (temperature, respiration, etc.)
Support exercise and diet guidance as instructed
Provide companionship and emotional support
Opportunities to specialize in pediatric and geriatric care

🎯 What We’re Looking For

Compassion, patience, and a genuine desire to help others (#1 requirement)
HHA certification preferred, but not required — training may be covered for eligible candidates
Language preferences:
English
Spanish-only
Russian-only
Creole (with English)
Chinese (English preferred)
