Job Requirements

As part of your role, you will have designated “on-call time,” allowing you to use this time for personal purposes while remaining available to accept shifts for new clients or fill in for staffing needs on short notice. Flexibility and responsiveness are key to success in this position.

Additionally, you may be asked to represent and promote Cypress HomeCare Solutions at senior care community locations and events, serving as a positive ambassador for our mission. During your on-call hours, we ask for your commitment to being readily available when needed.

GUARANTEED 40 HOURS PER WEEK!
There is no on-premises living requirement
The only geographic restrictions will be to be in the Phoenix metropolitan area
You will be on-call for designated days during the week
You must be able to respond to the call within an hour

Additional Requirements: 

Valid Driver's License 
Auto Insurance 
Caregiving: 1 year experience 
Ability to pass Background Check and Drug Screening
Ability to transport Clients
CPR/FA Certification (or ability to obtain)
Fingerprint Clearance Card (or ability to obtain)
Negative Tuberculosis Test (or ability to obtain)

Compensation and benefits:

$35,360 annually, PLUS up to $320 per week ($8 per hour additionally) for direct care hours
