✅ What You’ll Do

Assist clients with daily living activities in their homes.
Support mobility, hygiene, meal prep, and companionship.
Serve as a trusted caregiver for families across Kennett Square and West Philly.

📋 Pre-Hire Requirements

To ensure you’re work-ready, we collect the following documents before onboarding:

Valid CNA Certification or HHA Training (if applicable)
Current Resume
Completed Physical Exam
Recent TB Test

💼 The Hiring Process

Prescreening Interview: We’ll ask simple questions about availability, car ownership, and general caregiving experience (in person or by phone).
Orientation: 1–2 hours, completed in a single day — and yes, you’ll be paid for it!
Training: Provided via email or conducted in-office for convenience.
