Interim Healthcare of Wilmington, North Carolina is now hiring an On-Site Facility Floor Manager in our beautiful independent senior living community! Responsible for overseeing the management of sales, relationship development, customer service and Care Services. Assist and direct the care staff to ensure that quality client care is provided in a manner which upholds Interim HealthCare’s standards of care, policy, philosophy, and well-being of the residents. Lead and motivate employees in providing quality care and services to clients and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. Report and provide administrative/clinical support to branch CSR/CSM and DHCS, organize and maintain employee and client/resident files for accuracy.

Job Requirements
Our Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) requirements include, but not limited to are:
- Must be 18 years of age
- 2+ years of experience in home care services
- Must past Criminal Background check and drug screening
- Previous leadership and sales experience preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Required
- Healthcare administrative experience preferred

Essential Duties:
- Maintain client schedules.
- Maintain client charting sheets.
- Complete the employee floor schedule.
- Build relationships with clients and staff
- Complete mini assessments for RN on new referrals.
- Training new employees.
- First contact with clients and employees via company provided phone.
- Maintain COMMUNICATION with everyone; Office, Director, and clients
- And any other request from office and Director
