Position Summary:
We are seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our home health team and provide personal care bath visits to our patients. This is a per-visit position ideal for CNAs who are passionate about helping others and want flexible hours with steady weekly volume.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist patients with bathing, grooming, and toileting

Provide medication reminders (no administration)

Report changes in patient condition to nursing staff

Document care provided accurately and timely

Deliver compassionate, respectful, and professional care in the home setting
Qualifications:

Active CNA certification in South Carolina

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Previous experience in home health, hospice, or personal care preferred

Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule
