Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Clinical Operations professional to join our growing team. This role is primarily remote, with two required in-office days per week between our Reading and Allentown locations. The Clinical Operations team supports day-to-day clinical functions, ensures regulatory compliance, and provides oversight to maintain high standards of patient care.
Responsibilities:

Oversee daily clinical operations to ensure compliance with state, federal, and agency regulations.

Support field clinicians to ensure quality, timely, and coordinated patient care.

Assist with clinical documentation review, staff education, and quality assurance processes.

Collaborate with the management team to optimize operational workflows.

Participate in performance improvement initiatives and policy updates.

Serve as a point of contact for clinical inquiries and problem resolution.
Qualifications:

Active license in Pennsylvania (required).

2+ years of experience in home health, hospice, or related healthcare management role.

Strong understanding of Medicare/Medicaid regulations and OASIS documentation.

Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills.

Proficient in EMR systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
