We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Home Health Aide (HHA) to join our growing team. As a Home Health Aide (HHA), you will provide personal care and supportive services that allow patients to remain safely and comfortably at home. Working under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, the Home Health Aide (HHA) plays a vital role in maintaining clients’ health, dignity, and independence.

✅ Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care: bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility support.
- Support daily living needs including meal preparation, light housekeeping, and laundry.
- Provide companionship and help arrange or provide transportation to appointments.
- Take and record vital signs as instructed by the supervising nurse.
- Observe and report any changes in the patient’s condition to the RN or Clinical Nurse Manager.
- Document care provided daily per agency policies.
⚙️ Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Completion of a state-approved Home Health Aide training program (minimum 75 hours) and competency exam.
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Reliable transportation with valid driver’s license and insurance.
- Negative TB test and ability to pass background checks.
- Compassionate, dependable, and respectful toward patient care.
