✅ What You’ll Do as a Hospice LPN
- Provide direct hospice nursing care to patients in their homes
- • Administer medications, perform wound care, IV therapy, and other treatments
- • Educate and support patients and families on disease processes, symptom management, and end-of-life care
- • Collaborate with the RN Case Manager and the full interdisciplinary team to ensure coordinated, compassionate care
- • Document clinical visits and interventions accurately and on time

📋 What You’ll Need to Join as a Hospice LPN:
- Active LPN license in the state of Massachusetts
- • At least 2 years of nursing experience (hospice or home health strongly preferred)
- • Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
