As a School Nurse (LPN), you will:
- Provide 1:1 care
- Assist with hoyer lift transfers.
- Encourage peer interaction and assist with inclusion during school day.
- Attending to medical needs
- Encourage communication via communication device.
A few must-haves for School Nurses:
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program with an active LPN license in New Hampshire
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in pediatric, school health, or community health nursing
- Current CPR certification
- Strong assessment skills, critical thinking, and the ability to work independently
- Compassionate communicator who values collaboration with students, staff, and families
