**Job Title:** Home Health Aide/Personal Care Assistant (English–Spanish Bilingual)

**Job Description:**
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Home Health Aide / Personal Care Assistant (HHA/PCA) who is bilingual in English and Spanish to join our team and provide exceptional care to clients in the Queens area, specifically Woodside and Elmhurst.
**Responsibilities:**
- Assist clients with daily personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Support clients with mobility, transfers, and exercises as needed.
- Monitor and report changes in clients' health, behavior, and needs to healthcare professionals and family members.
- Prepare and serve nutritious meals, ensuring dietary restrictions or preferences are adhered to.
- Perform light housekeeping duties to ensure a clean and safe environment for clients.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' quality of life.
- Assist clients with medication reminders and adherence to prescribed routines.
- Communicate effectively with clients, family members, and healthcare professionals in both English and Spanish.
- Maintain accurate and timely records of services provided.
**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Certified as a Home Health Aide (HHA) or Personal Care Assistant (PCA).
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
- Previous experience in home care or a similar role is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with integrity and flexibility.
