Competitive Pay: Earn up to $40 per hour, with compensation structured to reward experience and dedication.

Schedule: Full-time hours are typically Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM, with the requirement for occasional weekend coverage.

Essential Qualifications (Must-Haves)
- Licensure: Active and unrestricted Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Pennsylvania (PA).
- Experience: Minimum of one (1) year of post-graduate clinical experience as a Physical Therapist.
- Education: Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist program.
- Certifications: Current CPR certification.
- Logistics: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for travel throughout the Scranton service area.
Your Role: Focus on Clinical Excellence
As a key member of our home health team, you will manage a consistent caseload, ensuring high-quality, personalized patient outcomes.

Patient-Centered Care: Provide individualized, goal-oriented physical therapy services in the patient’s home.

Collaboration: Work seamlessly with our multidisciplinary team (RNs, OTs, SLPs, etc.) to design holistic and coordinated care plans.

Assessment & Documentation: Conduct comprehensive physical assessments, accurately document progress in EMR, and adjust treatment plans as clinically indicated.

Empowerment: Educate patients and their caregivers on therapeutic exercises, safety, and self-management strategies to maximize long-term recovery.

Work Structure: Maintain a manageable 1:1 patient-to-therapist ratio that emphasizes quality over volume.
