Responsibilities
- Provide highquality physical therapy services under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist
- Assist in implementing treatment plans to improve patient mobility, strength, and independence
- Document patient progress accurately and in compliance with home health standards
- Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, safety, and home programs
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support patient goals
Qualifications
- Active South Carolina PTA license in good standing
- Knowledge of home health regulations preferred
- Strong communication and timemanagement skills
- Ability to work independently in a homebased setting
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
