As a Scheduling Coordinator, here’s a big-picture view of what you’ll do:
- Assist our Office Manager in ensuring compliance with quality and operational standards
- Schedule staff and improve the process of client/patient scheduling for home care services
- Receive, enter and contact new referrals to coordinate services
A few must-haves for Scheduling Coordinators:
- Associate’s degree or equivalent years of training and work experience
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in healthcare or a related industry
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with clients, families and staff
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and computer software proficiency
