We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aide to join the Interim HealthCare team in Portsmouth, NH. In this role, you will provide essential in-home care to patients, helping them maintain their health and independence in the comfort of their own homes. Responsibilities
- Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support.
- Monitor patients’ health status and report any changes to the nursing staff or supervisor promptly.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a Home Health Aide or in a related caregiving role preferred.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.

- Certification as a Home Health Aide as required by NH state regulations is preferred or willingness to obtain.
