- Collaborate with healthcare teams, family members, and other stakeholders to ensure comprehensive care.
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge in direct care practices.
- Uphold client confidentiality and treat all clients with respect and dignity.

**Qualifications:**

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certification in direct care, nursing, or a related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in a direct care or healthcare setting is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with clients and their families.
- Empathy and patience in providing care to individuals with varying needs.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license (if applicable).
- Basic first aid and CPR certification is preferred but not mandatory (can be obtained after hire).
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
