Description of the role:
The Administrative Specialist at Interim HealthCare in Allentown, PA will be responsible for assisting with various administrative tasks and providing support to the clinical healthcare and leadership team. They must have excellent organizational and communication skills to ensure smooth operation of the office.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative duties
- Onsite presence 5 days a week 8:00am - 4:30pm
- Assist with maintaining and updating electronic record and paper files
- Maintain patient charts and HR records
- Coordinate supply inventory and management
- Develop, maintain and distribute reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
- Handle incoming calls and greet any visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in an administrative role is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
