Description of the role:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Home Health Physical Therapy Supervisor to join our team at Interim Health Care in Allentown, PA. This position is part-time. As a Home Health Physical Therapy Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising a team of physical therapists and overseeing the delivery of quality patient care in home health settings. You will also be involved in training, mentoring, and providing guidance to the therapy staff.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of physical therapists and ensure the delivery of safe and effective patient care
- Oversee the implementation of therapy plans and evaluate treatment outcomes
- Coordinate and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive care plans
- Provide guidance, training, and mentoring to therapy staff
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory guidelines and company policies
Requirements:
- Valid PA state licensure as a Physical Therapist
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in home health physical therapy
- Demonstrated leadership and supervisory skills
- Strong knowledge of therapy techniques, equipment, and patient care standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
