💼 What You’ll Do as a Pediatric PT

- Develop Family-Centered Goals: Tailor treatment plans based on each child’s age, condition, and environment
- Deliver In-Home Therapy: Provide hands-on physical therapy services in the child’s natural home setting
- Coach Families & Caregivers: Offer guidance on positioning, mobility equipment, and home exercise programs
- Collaborate With Care Teams: Work closely with parents, physicians, OTs, SLPs, and case managers
- Document Progress: Keep thorough records of evaluations, treatment interventions, and outcomes
🎯 What We’re Looking For
- Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in New York State
- Pediatric experience required – early intervention, school-based, or home health preferred
- Excellent communication and family engagement skills
- Reliable transportation and comfort working in home/community settings
