What You’ll Do...
- Supervise and mentor home health nursing staff.
- Oversee clinical assessments and coordinate individualized care plans.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, as well as company policies.
- Review and approve clinical documentation (OASIS) for accuracy and timeliness.
- Collaborate with physicians, patients, and families to achieve optimal outcomes.
What We’re Looking For...
- License: Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania.
- Experience: Previous home health experience required; supervisory background preferred.
- Knowledge: In-depth understanding of home health regulations and clinical standards.
- Skills: Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational abilities.
- Transportation: Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle required.
