Monday–Friday | Day Shift | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Interim HealthCare of NEPA is looking for a Home Health Supervisor (RN) to lead and support our clinical team in Blakely, Pennsylvania.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Registered Nurse who enjoys mentoring staff, strengthening clinical quality, and making a real impact on patient care in the community.

Key Responsibilities
• Supervise and mentor home health nursing staff
• Review and approve clinical documentation, including OASIS
• Oversee clinical assessments and coordinate individualized patient care plans
• Ensure compliance with federal and state home health regulations
• Collaborate with physicians, patients, and families to support positive outcomes
• Maintain high standards of clinical quality and patient care
Qualifications
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania
• Home health experience required
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of home health regulations and clinical standards
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
