**Key Responsibilities:**

- Assist clients with personal care activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Provide companionship and engage clients in conversation to enhance their well-being.
- Support clients with mobility and physical exercises as prescribed by healthcare professionals.
- Prepare and serve nutritious meals while adhering to any specific dietary requirements.
- Perform light housekeeping duties to ensure a safe and comfortable living environment.
- Monitor and report any significant changes in the client’s health or behavior to a supervisor.
- Accompany clients to appointments or on errands as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of service provided and report on the client's condition.

**Qualifications:**

- Proven experience as a Personal Care Aide or in a related role is preferred.
- Proficiency in speaking and understanding Bengali and English.
- Certification as a Personal Care Aide or completion of a relevant training program.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift moderate weights.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
