We're actively seeking a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our dynamic team. This is a full-time day shift role, with the potential for permanent placement at a respected local healthcare facility.

What you will do as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA):

Assist Physical Therapists in delivering individualized care plans
Provide therapeutic exercises and interventions to patients
Monitor and report patient progress
Document care in compliance with state and federal guidelines
Foster a supportive, healing environment for patients

Competitive hourly pay: $28/hr
Consistent day shift schedule (Monday through Friday)
Weekend work only as needed

Qualifications for the Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs):

Current Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license in Pennsylvania
CPR certification
Recent clinical experience preferred
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong work ethic and reliability
