Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Client Type: Home-Bound | Full Care with Hoyer Lift

Interim HealthCare of Scranton is seeking a dedicated LPN to provide evening shift care for a home-bound adult client in Scranton requiring full support, including tracheostomy and ventilator management and transfers using a Hoyer lift.
What You’ll Do As A Evening Shift Trach/Vent LPN:

Deliver compassionate, skilled nursing care in a home setting

Manage trach and vent care with confidence

Assist with full personal care, medication administration, and hygiene

Safely use a Hoyer lift for mobility and transfers

Provide comfort, monitoring, and companionship during the evening shift

Qualifications for the Evening Shift Trach/Vent LPN:

Active LPN license in Pennsylvania

Experience with trach and ventilator care required
