Position Overview
The Marketing Specialist will play a pivotal role in promoting our services, developing referral relationships, and acquiring new clients. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in marketing homecare services and a proactive, strategic approach to client acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to increase client enrollment across Medicaid, private pay, long-term insurance, veterans, and OLTL programs.
- Identify and pursue opportunities to attract clients from rehabilitation centers, nursing homes, and independent living facilities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources, including healthcare professionals and facility administrators.
- Oversee and manage Medicaid client registration processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Monitor and report on marketing campaign performance, client acquisition metrics, and outreach activities.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in marketing homecare services, with a strong track record of client acquisition.
- Demonstrated ability to attract and register Medicaid clients, as well as private pay, long-term insurance, veterans, and OLTL clients.
- In-depth knowledge of HHPA and EVV systems and their applications in home care operations.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust with clients and referral partners.
- Proactive attitude and strong organizational skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in networking and building partnerships with rehabilitation centers, nursing homes, and independent living facilities.
- Familiarity with long-term insurance and veteran benefit programs.
- Advanced knowledge of Medicaid registration and eligibility requirements.
