🩺 What You’ll Do
As a Home Health Registered Nurse (RN), you’ll bring clinical excellence and compassion to every home visit — helping patients recover safely and maintain independence.
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments (OASIS)
- Develop and implement individualized care plans
- Administer medications and prescribed treatments
- Educate patients and families on diagnoses and care instructions
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care
- Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records
✅ What You’ll Bring
- Active RN license in New Jersey
- BSN preferred
- Minimum 2 years of acute care or med-surg experience
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and car insurance
- CPR certification (Healthcare Provider level)
