Full-Time | Fee-for-Service | Salary: $105,000/year | $75 per visit
💼 The Royal Care is seeking compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapists (OTs) to join our growing home care team. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct patient evaluations, assessing physical, cognitive, and functional abilities
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide therapeutic interventions to improve independence in daily living and work activities
- Educate patients and families on adaptive equipment and safe home modifications
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other care team members
- Document all evaluations, treatment plans, and progress accurately
Qualifications
- Current New York State Occupational Therapist (OT) license (required)
- Experience in occupational therapy (home health experience preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
