Physical Therapist – Home Care in Bronx, NY
Full-Time | Fee-for-Service | Salary: $105,000/year | $75 per visit
💼 The Royal Care is seeking compassionate and skilled Physical Therapists (PTs) to join our growing home care team. As a PT, you’ll evaluate patients, design individualized treatment plans, and work closely with families and healthcare providers to help patients improve mobility, independence, and quality of life. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct initial and follow-up assessments of patients’ physical, cognitive, and functional abilities
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide therapeutic interventions to improve mobility and daily function
- Educate patients and families on exercises, adaptive equipment, and home modifications
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other care team members
- Document all evaluations, plans, and progress accurately
Qualifications
- Current New York State Physical Therapist (PT) license (required)
- Experience in physical therapy (home health experience preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
